**REFUND POLICY**

Satisfaction is our number one priority at BA’s Bullseye Accessories LLC. Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve. We accept returns for products damaged in transit, if the item is defective, or the incorrect item was shipped.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: You must email us immediately upon arrival of the package if it was damaged via transit, as we will need to contact the delivery company. If the item/s ordered are defective during manufacturing, the customer will need to contact us within 30 days from the order date. We will respond accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out promptly. If for any reason the replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. If the customer orders the wrong product or changes their mind after delivery the customer is then responsible for return shipping costs and will be subject to a restocking fee.

CANCELLATION FEE: If an order is cancelled after payment has been received there will be a 5% cancellation fee deducted from your original payment amount. This fee is to cover original transaction fees from processing your payment. Shopify does not refund transaction fees processed through Shopify Payments when an order is cancelled or returned to the customer. Their policy and stance on this process is available in the Shopify Payments Terms of Service agreement.
